-explicit nsfw
-intense gore
-any sort of illegal shipI have the right to deny any commission I am uncomfortable with drawingTERMS AND CONDITIONSWhat I (the artist) can do with the artwork:
-post it on social media with watermark
-use it on my portfolio
-use it as a commission example
What you (the customer) can do with the artwork:
-use it for personal reasons ONLY (profile picture, twitch emote, YouTube banner, etc)
-post it on social media with or without watermark
ANY USAGE OF THE ARTWORK FOR COMMERCIAL REASONS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION BY ME GOES AGAINST THESE TERMS
DO NOT CLAIM TO HAVE DRAWN MY ARTWORK
DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO AI OR BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGYCommissions will be finished within 1-2 weeks of payment. Digital copies only at this time. Work in progress photos of the drawing will be sent throughout the process of finishing the commission.REVISIONS
After sketch is completed and accepted, only minor revisions can be requested. Full revision and start over can only happen in the sketching stage.
After watermarked image is confirmed to be satisfactory, revisions may no longer be made.
After one month, a file of the commission cannot be requested.In the situation where I cannot finish a commission due to sickness or injury, customer will be notified and will have the option to be refunded.All of the above terms must be agreed to before commission is paid for or started. By requesting a commission from me, you are agreeing to these terms.
